The jam band tradition lives on through the Sam Brown Band’s eclectic mix of classic rock, blues, and psychedelic jazz, featuring original compositions and hits from artists such as The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Charlie Hunter. Growing up in Austin in the 1980s and 90s, guitarist Sam Brown was deeply influenced by the vibrant and varied music scene from Stevie Ray Vaugn to Michale E. Johnson and the Killer Bees.
